Scamp Murray Powell

The definition of Scamp is "mischievous in s likeable or amusing way" and this CD contains fifteen original songs covering a variety of themes and is intended to make the listener smile or "LOL at some of the mischievous stories and topics, hence the title.

I hope you will enjoy the many funny tunes and subject matter here.

In addition, there is a tribute to a favourite musician of mine, Jerry Jeff Walker whom I  have followed for years and been greatly influenced by his songs many of which I have sung personally and love.

Music is a beautiful gift; it can make us happy or make us cry, it also helps us deal with our troubles, consoles us in hard times, brings back old memories and keeps us young. "It's good for the heart."

I thank the amazing artists who contribute so graciously to these songs adding their own brand of style and colour. I hope you will enjoy this CD and share it with others to keep my music alive.
